I want to thank you and your Excel Star partners for the help in finding Excel Star Clover Diamond aka Finley. I never in a million years would have thought that I would buy a horse without having ever met him. I am not an easy person to match for a horse. I am not the kind of person that can ride any horse. I need a very specific temperament and personality and work ethic. You really listened to my needs and you found the horse that checks off all of the boxes - that elusive unicorn that most ISO ads are looking for. You facilitated the entire process to make it the easiest horse buying experience that I have ever had. I never left the comfort of home and he was delivered to my door!

When I asked to see videos of the horse doing x, y or z, in short order the videos were produced. Finley is honest and genuine and is exactly as described and as seen in ave the process of buying and importing a horse down to a T. I have owned two horses that were imported from Ireland (Robbie being the first). I purchased them in the United States long after they had been imported. I always thought that I could not imagine what it takes to find a horse and actually import it into the US. The process could not have been easier thanks to you and the team that you use (EIS and Dutta). Your response time during the entire process was phenomenal, even when you were competing. I loved the updates and pictures of him throughout his travels. My expectations were beyond exceeded to say the least.

I have only had Finley a little over a week and I have been able to ride him four times so far. Each time I have challenged him with something different. He has been amazing. After each ride I think to myself, if this had been a test ride I would want to buy this horse. He also has those intangible qualities - loads of personality, he comes from the field when I call him, he is inquisitive but not at all spooky even when he pokes his head into something that he probably shouldn't to check it out, he loads on the trailer like a dream and is very brave in new situations. He may not be the perfect horse for everyone, but so far he has been the absolute perfect horse for me. I attribute that to the fact that you really listened to my needs and you and your partners have a great eye when it comes to horses. Finley has very big shoes to fill but so far I could not ask for a better guy.

My only regret - I really should have planned a trip to Ireland, not to change the outcome but to sneak a vacation in the process.
