Description
Rate For Me "Rate" is a 16.3hh 2013 OTTB gelding. After a very successful career on the track, he retired sound and has had several months of retraining in our program. He has a lovely balanced canter and has started over small fences. He would be best suited to someone familiar with producing OTTBs looking for a quality project horse.
