He was listed for sale last year, but a few health items resulted in a pause on his advertising. He had a few episodes of tying up, which is now completely managed with a brand-new diet (and he's had no episodes of tying up in over nine months). He has completed his leg up process and is going beautifully under saddle. He is jumping again and getting ready for some dressage shows. But, his connections would like to sell him to someone who wants to continue to produce him (at a massive discount). That buyer will absolutely get a horse of a lifetime in Homer!

Homer - Not Bourdon x Unchecked (Unbridled) - is an experienced training level eventer with stunning gaits. His best dressage score to date is a 30.0 (70.0%). Multiple clear rounds at 1.10m and 1.15m jumpers. Perfect barn and ground manner with a cuddly pet temperament. Excellent for the farrier and vet. Up to date on everything. He is a forward thinking jumper though, who knows he is hot stuff, so he can have a look and a spook consistent with a horse of this high quality and talent, but is a very safe ride. Homer is currently hacking out with teenage riders (and loves it) and is unbothered by the wild farm dogs. Homer's ideal new rider would be a good riding ammy, teen, or pro looking for a very talented horse on a tight budget and unafraid of a bit of hard work to continue bringing him back up to his full potential. Homer would be best suited to a dressage or show jumping home and his connections are very negotiable to the perfect match.
