Crowd Control ("Samson"): 2020 17.1h black Friesian/Warmblood gelding

Samson is the kind of young horse who immediately fills a ring with presence, yet remains an absolute gentleman in every aspect of his work. He is straightforward and generous, and he comes out each day ready to do his job.

Even though Samson is a big horse with big gaits, he is soft in the hand and goes in a rubber snaffle. Samson offers that rare balance of talent and temperament. He has the movement and quality to suit a professional, while still being genuinely appropriate for an adult amateur or young rider. This is the horse in my program that I put everyone on; he has carried my mom and my brother-in-law around!

Under saddle, Samson is reliable, willing, and uncomplicated. There is no buck, rear, or spook to him. He has been off-property schooling, works happily alone or in a group, stands tied without issue, and trailers with ease. He has been schooled over fences and seems to enjoy it as well. His steady mind and love of hacking could make him a compelling fox-hunting prospect. He takes new environments in stride and has already gained experience at notable venues, handled the atmosphere with the same quiet confidence he shows at home.
Full transparency: Samson does have a roar; he has been fully evaluated by my veterinarian, and we have not seen any issues in performance or recovery.

Samson is ready for his next rider to continue his education and enjoy everything he has to offer. He is a kind, talented young horse with an incredibly bright future ahead.
